The population of Nsimbock, a neighborhood in Yaoundé, Cameroon’s capital have been in shock and consternation after witnessing a 50 year-old man rape a baby to death.
The victim whose name TWIF NEWS got as Tiodjang Teujam was lured by an alleged pedophile in the Nsimbock neighborhood.
Sources say earlier on March 8, the mother of the little girl who is a trader, was preparing herself alongside her daughter for the market.
In the course of her busyness, she lost sight of her 3-year-old daughter who was manipulated away.
After swiftly taking the child away, the 50-year-old man brutally penetrated the baby; leading to her death, TWIF NEWS has gathered.
The man would later take the mortal remains of the innocent child to her mother, claiming he removed her from a nearby well already dead.
While examining the parts of late Tiodjang, it was discovered she had bruises and wounds at the anus.
The pains precipitated the death of the toddler.
Sources say it is not the first time the man is indulging in such an activity, adding that his wife is not unaware of his husband’s acts.
The alleged pedophile and his wife were apprehended by forces of law and order and are currently behind bars for questioning.
Meantime, the victim has already been buried.
