Since the demise of Barrister Senator Kemende Henry on Tuesday, January 11, many have been asking questions on what really happened.
But Fongu Cletus Tanwe, Mayor of the Bamenda III Council is suspecting that the ruling Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement, CPDM masterminded the killing of the SDF senator.
Speaking on Equinox radio, Fongu said the CPDM might have plotted and paid gunmen to kill the SDF senator who was considered as the last man standing for the opposition party, however, TWIF NEWS can not verify these claims.
More reports say the politician from Balikumbat in Ngoketunjia Division was heading to drop his worker when gunmen took him at Mile 2 where he was fueling his car. It is believed that while in the car he tried to force an escape which resulted in the hoodlums shooting him.
TWIF NEWS gathered that the legal mind was shot in the chest by the gunmen and droved of. The SDF firebrand Senator was then rushed to the hospital, PMI where he died.
