Ghanaian actor, farmer and politician, John Dumelo has bet to walk barefoot from his country’s capital, Accra to Nigeria’s largest commercial city, Lagos should the Super Eagles defeat Ghana on Friday’s encounter for qualification of the 2022 world cup scheduled in Quarter.
The actor cum ginger farmer proclaimed on his instagram account, Friday, March 25, just some hours to the football bonanza.

In one of his popular posts on Facebook that gained thousands of comments, Ghanian actor and farmer, John Dumelo said there is no way that Nigeria will defeat his country, Ghana.
Aside from just trekking if Nigeria wins, the movie icon will also be carrying on his head a back of ginger though he failed to mention the quantity.
“There’s no way Nigeria will win today’s match. If they do, I John Setor Dumelo will walk barefoot from Accra to Lagos tomorrow morning with my ginger on my head..,” Dumelo said
The politician and business entrepreneur went ahead to mock Nigeria by saying “Super Eagles my foot”
Many have seen John Dumelo’s post as a way to boost and empower players of Ghana who are playing at home to work hard and win today’s match.
Though some fans of the Super Eagles have not taken it well with John Dumelo’s post, as some poured insults on him.
Super Eagles fans have asked him to start trekking for the journey is looking as they are confident that Ghana will not win.

Dumelo has featured in more than fifty films and is well noted for projecting agriculture in Ghana. The 38-year-old is also noted for gaining the minds of youths as he gradually steps into politics.
