The Minister of Higher Education will see the teachers are well trained and the Minister of public service(MINFOPRA) will make they are justly integrated into the public service.
The Minister ended by saying, this new proposal started three years ago in sectors like Agronomy and Medicine but is different now because it has been extended to teachers.
