The Mayor of Bamenda I council in the North West region of Cameroon has announced that his council will offer free transportation to supporters of PWD Social football club of Bamenda.
In a press release signed by Mayor Mbigha Njah Felix, Mayor of Bamenda I council, he said all fans willing to travel to Yaounde for the finals should mobilise themselves.

“The Mayor of Bamenda I council informs the public that anybody interested in the Cameroon cup finals between PWD Bamenda and Astres Douala which will be played on Sunday 6th of Match 2022 in Yaounde should register at the council…,”
Mayor Mbigha has made available a 60 seater bus to transport fans to and fro Yaounde.
According to the press release, registration to benefit from the free transportation is currently going on at the council premise and will end on Friday 4 March.
PWD Bamenda and Astres Douala will face each other in the Cameroon cup finals come Sunday 6 March.
Both clubs will be fighting to lift the trophy for the first time.
